Als (Senior) Marketing Automation Manager verantwortest du Strategie und Umsetzung unserer automatisierten Lead-Generierung im B2B- und B2C-Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

Wachstum auf beiden Seiten des Marktplatzes
Du steuerst die gesamte Lead-Engine für Unternehmen und Studierende und sorgst dafür, dass Nachfrage und Angebot systematisch wachsen.
Agenten statt Tasks
Gemeinsam mit unserem Tech-Team entwickelst und optimierst du KI-Agenten, die Asset-Erstellung, Kampagnenmanagement, Conversion-Optimierung und Reporting übernehmen.
Umsatzrelevanz sichern
In enger Abstimmung mit Operations stellst du sicher, dass Leads nicht nur generiert, sondern monetarisiert werden. Du schließt den Feedback-Loop zwischen Marketing, Sales und Ops durch intelligente Automatisierung.

AI-native Mindset
Du arbeitest selbstverständlich mit KI-Tools und probierst neue APIs oder LLMs eigenständig aus. Du wartest nicht auf Anleitungen, sondern baust selbst.
Reale Systeme/Projekte
Du kannst Automatisierungen oder Agenten vorzeigen, die du entwickelt hast. Ob im Unternehmen oder als Side Project. Du weißt, wie Systeme miteinander kommunizieren.
Marketing-Verständnis
Du bringst Erfahrung im Growth-Stack mit, von Paid Social über Landingpages bis Tracking und CRM. Du verstehst nicht nur das Wie, sondern auch das strategische Warum hinter Automatisierung.

As a (Senior) Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our B2B and B2C lead generation and automation.

Your Tasks:

Drive B2B & B2C supply growth: You’ll own the lead generation engine for both sides of our marketplace - the companies that need staff and the students looking for work.
Build the team of agents: In collaboration with our tech team you will develop and refine AI agents that handle everything from asset creation and campaign management to CRO and reporting
Ensure the real impact: You’ll work closely with the Ops team to make sure the leads actually turn into revenue, using automation to tighten the feedback loop between teams.

What you bring to the table:

AI Native: You have a deep affinity for AI tools. You don’t wait for a manual; you’re already testing the latest API or LLM.
Track Record: You can show us agents or automations you’ve built - whether for a previous company or a personal side project. You know how to make systems "talk" to each other.
Marketing Context: You have experience with marketing/growth stack (e.g. paid social ads, landing pages, tracking and CRM systems). You understand the "Why" behind the automation.
